From the first contact I had with Arlen Music the experience was professional and personal. The promotional materials sent to me were very helpful.] Arlen Music assisted and coordinated the logistical aspects of hiring a sitar and tabla player for the cocktail reception, the violins, piano ,flute/sax and vocalists for the ceremony and the Front of House band for the dinner reception. Most of this was done out of state! The staff at Arlen Music were very easy to work with.
I cannot say Thank You enough for such a spectacular evening. Front of House band did a superlative performance and was the essential ingredient that made our wedding such a fabulous and memorable affair! David Sherman’s musical artistry not only generated tremendous energy that kept the dance floor packed all night, but it seamlessly marched through the musical genres - from the golden age of jazz, through the hair bands of the 1980s, to the hip hop experience of the early 21st century. In fact, listening to the soundtrack of our wedding, we are still perplexed by the effortless elegance of his interpretations of such a broad spectrum of music - it was divine and utterly unforgettable!
Most importantly, we would like to thank David Sherman and the band for demonstrating incredible patience and understanding for all our whims, including coordinating behind the scenes the impromptu performance of "Hava Nagila" and making it arguably one of the highlights of the night!
Even though the wedding has been over for a few months , I still receive calls, e-mails and even cards thanking me for inviting them to the wedding. And then raving about the music. I have had those who could not attend, who have seen pictures and have heard about it from those who attended, also contact me about the wedding!
